Happy Birthday Little Man

Our little Charlie turned one on the 18th of this month while we were on vacation at the coast. I can't believe my baby is one already! It seriously feels like I blinked and the last year passed me by. Part of me is sad that he's not a baby anymore but another part of me loves watching him grow into this little person. We love him so much and are so blessed to have him in our lives!

On his birthday we had a simple party with cupcakes and presents and a few tears too!

I don't think he knew what to do with the cupcake on his tray and he got a little bit upset about the situation.

Once daddy started giving him bites with a fork all was good again.

I stripped off his clothes because I thought it might get pretty messy, but this was as bad as it got.

I probably should have put some clothes on him for the pictures but I didn't think about it. Oh well, this way you can see his cute chunky thighs.

Walking Update...

He is so close to walking but is still just a little wobbly. He took 10 steps the other day before falling so that is his new record to beat!
