This year I was actually able to spend Father's Day with my father. This is the first year in a very long time that has happened. My dad and my brother came out for a visit over the weekend and we spent a very busy couple of days with them. Needless to say I was very excited to see them, but I was also excited that they were able to bring a few items from Boise that I had been waiting on for a long time. They brought me a little side table that I bought many months ago in Boise and had been waiting for someone to deliver to me. They also brought a horse that my brothers and I had as kids and now I get to have in my home and let my kids ride.
We definitely got in a lot of horsey rides while they were here, but we were able to do some other fun things also. We went bowling, which is arguably one of Hallie's favorite activities. The guys were able to go golfing. My dad and Robb also helped us plant three new trees in our backyard which would have been a huge job for Jared and I alone. We also went to the Museum of Flight in Seattle. Jared has been wanting to go there ever since we've lived here and I thought since it was Father's Day weekend that I would finally agree to it. All in all we had a really fun time together. Hallie and Charlie love Papa and Uncle Robb so they were in heaven.

I'm pretty sure this carrot was too big to be a choking hazard

Some of my all time favorite pictures of Hallie were taken while we were bowling. She just looks so cute in those little shoes.

a cute pic of Hal and Papa

and also of Hal and Uncle Robb

Charlie was such a trooper while we were bowling. He just sat in his stoller for two hours and watched us.

On their way out

We stood in line for thirty minutes to tour the original Air Force One and I have to say it wasn't worth the wait in line. It's kind of cool to say that we've seen it but it basically looked like any other airplane inside. This plane was used by Presidents Eisenhower and Kennedy- just thought you'd like to know!

This picture is random I know, but I had to include it because of Robb's face. He cracks me up and I love taking pictures with him because I know he's always going to be doing something funny.
