The Lion & The Bumblebee

We had a great Halloween this year. The day was filled with pumpkin carving in the morning, trunk or treating at the church in the afternoon and trick or treating around the neighborhood after dinner. Hallie loved every minute of the day and actually made it through her first Halloween without any crying in fear over a spooky house or scary costume. In fact, while trick or treating she joyfully skipped from house to house singing about candy and whatever else she could think of. Charlie (aside from the first picture) had a great time watching everything going on around him and just taking it all in. Overall, a very successful Halloween!

This picture was taken earlier in the month while Grandma was visiting. It was a good trial run for the costumes. Luckily Charlie was much more excited about being a lion on the actual day.

Out the door and on the go. I couldn't get them to both stand still for a picture.

Happy Halloween!

That is the cutest bee costume I've seen. Hallie looks so happy twirling arounf in her fluffy dress and wings. So fun! Glad to hear you're all staying healthy. I'm just happy we got ours out of the way before Thanksgiving or Christmas. Speaking of which, we're flying to Atlanta for Thanksgiving, so I need to call you and get tips on flying with two squirmy kids for that long.
