Going to the pumpkin patch every year has become a fun tradition for our family. This is our fourth fall season living in Washington and our fourth time going to Maris Farms. It's fun to look at each year's pictures and see how much our family has grown and changed in the time we've been here. I remember going last year and carrying a newborn Charlie around in the Baby Bjorn. Now a year later he's this crazy little toddler who wanted to touch and explore everything in sight.
We lucked out this year and were able to go two times to the patch. I took the kids for Hallie's preschool field trip and then we went back again as a family. Mother Nature was looking out for us and gave us clear skies on both of the days we went. The weather here has been so cold and rainy lately so we were extra thankful to have some sunny days. Sorry for all of the pictures in this post. I can never decide which ones to choose so I just choose them all. Happy Fall Everyone!

Too busy checking out this old truck to turn around for a picture.

There we go!

Hallie got to ride the cow train (her favorite) the day of her
fieldtrip.

I love how she keeps a safe distance from the dangerous sheep. Actually, this was the first year Hallie didn't cry or scream while walking through the animal barn. It's an October miracle!

Charlie on the other hand would have his hand right in that sheep's mouth if we'd let him.

He was very excited about the little pumpkin he got to take home from the field trip.

Just his size.

When we went back the second time the kids got to ride the train together. It was super cute. We're pretty sure Charlie liked it. There were no tears but he looked pretty apprehensive the whole time.
